The trainees literally lose their mind and can drive you insane. I blame this on the fact I went in as an old man, though, and seeing a bunch of 18 20 year olds try to boss you around was irritating to no end. I understand now, as I have Lieutenants and Captains who are about my age who outrank me by a mile, and they can boss me around as they please.

Each of these exercises can be modified to be easier or more difficult suitable to your level of ability.Do 10 of each exercise, then jog to the other side of your yard (or the park, where ever you choose to exercise) and back, then do 10 of the next exercise and so forth.
